Founder/CEO
As the Founder and CEO of GMT Finances, Marcel Frei brings a sophisticated level of strategic insight to the firm. With an impressive 12-year career in senior Finance roles and 11 of these as a full qualified Chartered Management Accountant, his expertise spans across the Consultancy, Legal, and Managed Service sectors.
Marcel’s background is rooted in a comprehensive understanding of business health-ranging from intricate back-office finance to large-scale operations. His career is defined by a proven track-record of managing and scaling businesses, most notably playing a pivotal role in the successful sale of a consultancy firm.
This deep understanding of the business lifecycle-from initial growth to a final exit-makes Marcel a specialist leader. He is dedicated to ensuring that GMT Finances provides the robust financial foundations our clients need to thrive.
Taylor Parmenter
Chief Operating Officer
Taylor began his finance journey 11 years ago at a consultancy firm and is currently working towards his Chartered Management Accountant qualification.
Through a variety of roles, he’s built a solid foundation in finance and business process management, with deep expertise in CRM and accounting platforms.
Most notably, Taylor played a pivotal role in the seamless transition of data between two companies – showcasing his ability to bring structure, precision, and calm to complex projects.
